Support Engineer

.At least 4 years and above Infra support experiences

.Candidates must have experience in Patching activity and Tech Upgrades (OS + MW + DB), good hands-on experiences in SQL and Linux

.To manage Patching activity and Tech Upgrades (OS + MW + DB)

.To patch/upgrade the server on time and to seek for team assistance if not able to get support

.Linux commands, Check logs for errors

.Advise App team on the patches and what needs to be checked before and after

.Basic SQL queries for DB performance check after patch
