Job Summary
The Support Engineer (IT Systems) provides technical supportto ensure the smooth operation of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.This role focuses on troubleshooting, user support, and system maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for system, application, and hardware issues
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to IT systems and network
- Monitor system performance and ensure availability
- Support user onboarding, system access, and configurations
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level support when required
- Maintain documentation of incidents, solutions, and system processes
