The Role
We are seeking a Support Engineer to handle technical support, equipment servicing and project execution.
This role is critical in ensuring smooth operation of our solutions, supporting both internal teams and external customers. You will be involved in installation, troubleshooting, training and hands-on technical work across our range of 3D technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for 3D printers, 3D scanners and related systems
- Perform installation, commissioning and maintenance of equipment at customer sites
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Support project execution including 3D printing, 3D scanning and related services
- Conduct training sessions for customers on equipment usage and best practices
- Maintain workshop tools, equipment and working environment
- Assist in inventory and equipment management
- Prepare service reports and update progress regularly
- Work closely with the sales team to support pre-sales and post-sales activities
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or related field
- Hands-on and willing to work on-site and in workshop environments
- Basic understanding of engineering tools and systems
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Responsible, responsive and able to work independently
- Good communication skills when dealing with customers
- Willing to travel within Singapore for site visits
Added Advantage
- Experience with 3D printing, 3D scanning or CAD software
- Knowledge in CNC, product design, or manufacturing processes
- Prior experience in technical support or field service roles
