Job Summary
The Site Support Assistant will manage site administrative tasks, coordinate schedules, maintain/create digital site records, and support team communications to ensure smooth operations during a 6/12-month contract.
Responsibilities
- Conduct inspections and maintenance checks to ensure site conditions meet operational standards
- Manage and update digital site recordings and plans to maintain accurate site documentation
- Coordinate schedules and support team correspondence to facilitate effective communication
- Perform additional related duties as assigned to support site operations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Completion of N or O Level education (training provided)
- Communicate clearly in verbal English to support team interactions
- Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve shared goals
- Maintain attention to detail to ensure accuracy in work outputs
- Engage positively with colleagues using an outgoing and approachable manner
- Demonstrate responsibility and a strong work ethic in daily tasks
- Maintain physical fitness to perform duties that require mobility and being on the move

- Work schedule: 5-day work week, Monday to Friday
- Working hours: 9am to 6pm
- Office location: Woodlands MRT (Causeway Point), 3-minute walk
