The Role
You will be a member of our Technical Client Success team, working as a Support Analyst in a challenging environment with clients that are mercilessly quality-conscious. This is a client-facing role with daily responsibilities involving dealing with clients in a support/advisory capacity, providing resolution and follow-up to issues which arise in business-critical, production environments.
Responsibilities
Be the point of contact for your clients and own the technical relationship to ensure the greatest possible value is derived from the use of our services
Provide high-level technical consultancy to our clients and internal stakeholders, such as product configuration and training
Manage deployment projects.
Manage client onboarding projects.
Contribute actively to internal projects and company initiatives.
Help evolve the team's processes and policies
Provide technical support to our clients, who are high-profile financial institutional traders, interdealer brokers and exchanges
Ensure that all requests are carried out in a professional, disciplined, efficient and process-oriented manner
On-site meetings will be required to provide our clients with support, training and configuration

Skills and Experience
Essential
Strong experience in delivering excellent customer service
Keen interest in finance and/or technology
Experience working in a high-pressure environment
Ability to manage time, prioritise work, and complete multiple tasks effectively
Ability to absorb information quickly and think on the spot
Presentation skills
Desirable
Degree in a STEM discipline with an aptitude to learn complex concepts
Experience in commodity markets, particularly within the energy sector.
Scripting capabilities to help automate repetitive tasks or aid issue investigation (VBScript, Python or similar)
Good presentation skills
Experience in a front-office trading environment
Knowledge of OTC and Exchange trading
Practical experience of using and understanding of networking (TCP/IP) and SQL Server
Japanese language
