Support Analyst - legal and compliance

Join a high-performing team at a leading global investment bank, supporting their Electronic Discovery (eDiscovery) operations. The role is central to managing legal hold processes and ensuring regulatory compliance across complex data environments.

Responsibilities:- Analyze preservation requirements for legal and compliance matters
- Implement legal holds across various data sources (e.g., by setting flags or collecting data)
- Document all steps within the internal eDiscovery Management System
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate existing processes
- Collaborate with legal, compliance, and IT stakeholders

Mandatory Skills Description:
- 3-4 years of experience
- Solid IT understanding (data handling, systems workflows)
- Familiarity with databases and SQL
- Process-oriented mindset with a focus on documentation and accuracy
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and automation
- Strong communication skills

Nice-to-Have Skills Description:- Experience in eDiscovery, compliance, or legal operations
