about the job
- Oversee the full supply planning process, aligning capacity plans with business needs and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to review specifications, allocate production to partners, and balance cost, quality, and delivery priorities.
- Analyse planning outcomes to identify gaps, recommend product transfers, and continuously improve sourcing and allocation efficiency.
- Utilising digital planning tools and data analytic to enhance forecast accuracy, monitor supplier capacity, and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Drive process improvements through lean and agile practices, develop performance dashboards, and support seasonal initiatives and special projects.

skills and experience required
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Min. 5 years of experience in supply planning, particularly within fashion/FMCG/luxury related industries.
- Experience in leather goods and sample planning will be an added advantage.
- Willing to travel for work.
