Job Description
As Supply Planner for Travel Retail APAC, you will help ensure product availability by coordinating supply planning and replenishment. You will work with regional and local teams, Marketing, Sales, S&OP and business partners to balance customer service, cost and inventory health.

- Build the supply plan using validated sales forecasts, co-packing plans, stock levels and supply parameters.
- Assess logistics feasibility and highlight capacity constraints or demand-supply gaps through the S&OP process.
- Review stock and supply parameters in line with service, cost and inventory objectives.
- Manage replenishment and identify potential shortages; communicate risks and priorities to relevant teams.
- Monitor inventory, including slow-moving and obsolete stock, and coordinate appropriate action plans.
- Analyze shortage causes, follow up on corrective actions and engage suppliers on material availability dates for out-of-stock products.
- Define and track relevant KPIs, such as out-of-stock levels, service rate and stock, and share performance updates with stakeholders, including the MSL.
- Prepare the budgeted stock plan based on agreed stock and supply parameters.
- Coordinate forecasts for point-of-sale materials (PLV), including goods-with-purchase items and testers, with Marketing and Sales; plan replenishment as needed.
- Work with internal Operations teams and external BU teams to assess supply issues and develop options for excess or insufficient stock.
- Use approved digital and AI-enabled tools, where relevant, to support supply analysis, scenario planning and identification of risks or improvement opportunities. Validate outputs against reliable data and business context, applying professional judgment and following company requirements for responsible and secure use.
- Contribute to process improvement and the sharing of best practices.
- Carry out other related duties as assigned.

- Awareness of applicable Quality, EHS, Finance and Supply Chain standards and external requirements.
- University degree or equivalent experience; Logistics, Business or a related field is preferred.
- Around 3 years of relevant experience in supply planning or a related area. FMCG experience is an advantage.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with SAP.
- Able to work effectively with colleagues and partners across teams and levels.
