Job Summary:
The Supply & Delivery Coordinator will assist Supply & Delivery Supervisor in coordinating activities to ensure On Time In Full deliveries and closing of delivery orders on time to ensure no delay in billings.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Collection of delivery orders (DRs) from boat agents and managed payment to the agents.
- Schedule Duty roster (shift) for drivers
- Scheduling lorry repairs & maintenance
- Maintaining spill kits and lifting gears for drivers
- Transfers of products from external (3PL) warehouse
- Backup drivers for deliveries (when required)
- Printing of DRs for weekend orders (when required)
- Generate reports:
- Number of deliveries per driver
- Number of DR collections and uncollected DRs
- Other ad-hoc duties and tasks may be assigned
Required / Desired Knowledge, Experiences and Skills:
- Minimum class 3 driving license. Class 4 will be an added advantage
- 3 years of experience in logistic related activities.
- Experience in Marine Industry an added advantage
- Possess good computer skills.
- Knowledged of JDE/ Microsoft applications will be an added advantage
- Good communication skills
- Forklift capability an added advantage
- Must be customer service oriented
Education/Certifications:
- NITEC / Diploma in warehousing/ logistics an added advantage
