Overview
We are seeking a Supply Chain Specialist to support and drive end-to-end supply chain initiatives within a regulated manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will lead change management activities, coordinate cross-functional projects, investigate supply chain non-conformances, and ensure compliance with operational and quality requirements.
This role requires strong stakeholder management, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives while supporting organisational readiness and adoption of change.

Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Operations & Continuous Improvement
- Lead and deliver end-to-end supply chain initiatives and projects in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Drive continuous operational improvement and support business process optimisation.
- Manage operational changes through established change management systems and workflows to ensure effective implementation and business continuity.
Change Management & Training
- Assess change impacts and organisational readiness for supply chain initiatives.
- Develop and implement communication, training, and change management plans to support successful adoption.
- Coordinate stakeholder engagements, governance meetings, and training programmes.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and end users to facilitate smooth implementation of changes.
- Collaborate with business process owners to ensure timely delivery of change management and training activities.
Compliance & Investigation
- Lead investigations relating to supply chain non-conformances and ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct impact assessments and recommend appropriate containment and mitigation actions.
- Identify and document root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain supply chain documentation and investigation records to support regulatory requirements and internal audits.
- Provide timely and accurate support during inspections and audit activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing, production, supply chain, or regulated environment.
- Experience in change management, stakeholder communication, and training delivery.
- Familiarity with cGMP requirements, documentation practices, and quality systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience conducting investigations and root cause analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments and organisational levels.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and technical writing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
