to join our team. In this role, you will support supply chain operations and project activities, working closely with senior team members to drive continuous improvements in a

cGMP-regulated pharmaceutical environment

Description:

. Support supply chain operations and project activities, assisting senior team members in driving continuous operational improvements.
. Assist in managing operational changes through the established change management system, ensuring documentation is accurate and up to date.
. Support the preparation of communication materials and training content under the direction of senior specialists.
. Participate in stakeholder and governance meetings, taking notes and tracking action items to ensure timely follow-up.
. Assist in supply chain non-conformance investigations by gathering data, organising evidence, and supporting documentation of findings.
. Perform initial impact assessments for non-conformances under guidance, supporting the identification of interim containment actions.
. Maintain cGMP-compliant records and documentation in accordance with site quality standards.
. Support the preparation of supply chain documentation for regulatory inspections and internal audits.

Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or related field

• 2 - 5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing operations

• Familiarity with cGMP and change management systems is a plus

• Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
