Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced and detail-oriented Supply Chain Specialist to join a global pharmaceutical client. This role plays a critical part in ensuring supply chain continuity by managing supply change control, deviation handling, and material replenishment in a GMP-compliant environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate supply risks and work with cross-functional teams to qualify alternative materials or suppliers.
- Conduct impact assessments (quality, compliance, cost, and timelines) and ensure proper documentation alignment.
- Manage logistics deviations, including root cause analysis (5 Whys, Fishbone), CAPA planning, and closure.
- Coordinate Kanban-based (Just-In-Time) material replenishment with pre-approved suppliers.
- Oversee blanket purchase order management to ensure continuity of operations.
Key Qualifications
- Strong understanding of GMP, pharma supply chain practices, and regulatory expectations
- Proven experience in change control, risk mitigation, and business continuity
- Background in deviation management, root cause analysis, and CAPA
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and process control skills
Good to Have
- Experience working with or transitioning between ERP systems especially SAP
- Familiarity with material management and procurement coordination
