Job Description

What you'll do:

As a Supply Chain Specialist (Procurement), you will immerse yourself in both the operational and strategic aspects of regional data centre construction procurement. Your days will be filled with transforming complex data into clear visual stories through expertly crafted PowerPoint presentations that keep senior leaders informed and empowered. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders-gathering inputs, validating information, aligning messages-and play an essential part in preparing recurring status updates as well as ad hoc reports that support critical decision-making. Beyond reporting responsibilities, you will provide hands-on assistance throughout the procurement process: coordinating RFPs, managing contract documentation lifecycles, maintaining up-to-date trackers in Excel, and ensuring all records are audit-ready. Your ability to act as a dependable point of coordination will help drive efficiency across multiple APAC projects managed remotely from Singapore. Success in this role means being detail-oriented yet adaptable-able to juggle multiple tasks while delivering executive-ready outputs under time pressure.

  • Prepare and maintain visually compelling PowerPoint presentations for senior leadership, ensuring each deck communicates key updates, risks, and decisions with clarity and professionalism.
  • Translate raw procurement and project data into accessible visuals such as charts, tables, and infographics that highlight trends, progress, and exceptions for executive audiences.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the procurement and category teams to gather inputs, validate information, and align messaging prior to report-outs iterate quickly based on feedback from reviewers.
  • Support recurring status updates and ad hoc materials for leadership initiatives by summarising procurement activity pipelines and highlighting issues requiring escalation or attention.
  • Assist with meeting preparation by developing agendas, pre-read materials, action trackers, and documentation to ensure smooth execution of procurement activities across the organisation.
  • Provide day-to-day support to team members engaged in construction procurement of services and equipment within CAPEX project environments, helping coordinate sourcing actions and RFP processes.
  • Administer contract lifecycle activities by preparing documentation, tracking key dates and statuses, maintaining filing structures, and ensuring version control for audit readiness.
  • Coordinate stakeholder and vendor inputs for procurement workflows by consolidating requirements and ensuring all artefacts are complete for review or approval.
  • Maintain accurate trackers, logs, and dashboards in Excel to monitor sourcing actions, contract status, and overall procurement activity across multiple APAC projects managed remotely.
  • Act as a responsive point of contact within the team to facilitate efficient operations across geographically dispersed projects while adapting to shifting priorities.

What you bring:

To excel as a Supply Chain Specialist Procurement you will bring hands-on experience from similar roles within CAPEX project environments-ideally involving construction or large-scale infrastructure projects. Your background should include contract administration responsibilities where meticulous record-keeping was essential. Advanced PowerPoint abilities are crucial: you must be able to craft visually engaging presentations that communicate complex ideas simply for senior leaders. Proficiency with Excel is equally important since you'll manage detailed trackers/logs/dashboards daily. Your interpersonal skills will shine as you collaborate with diverse stakeholders-collecting inputs efficiently while synthesising them into concise updates or actionable recommendations. Experience preparing executive-level decks or business reviews is highly valued so too is your willingness to learn new tools/templates rapidly while proactively enhancing existing processes. A keen eye for detail ensures your outputs are always accurate-even when timelines are tight-and your sense of responsibility means you consistently follow through on commitments without needing close supervision.

  • At least three years experience in procurement or supply chain roles within CAPEX project environments such as construction or consultancy firms supporting built environment projects.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in contract administration including document preparation, version control, tracking key dates/statuses, and maintaining audit-ready records.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills with proven ability to create polished slideshows featuring consistent formatting, clear visualisations (charts/tables/infographics), and strong layout aesthetics tailored for executive audiences.
  • Strong command of Excel and other Microsoft Office applications used for managing trackers/logs/dashboards as well as converting raw data into presentation-ready content.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills enabling effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders while consolidating complex inputs into succinct updates or briefings.
  • Experience preparing leadership-ready decks or business reviews that distil technical/procurement information into accessible summaries for non-specialist audiences.
  • Comfortable learning new templates/standards/collaboration tools quickly proactive in suggesting improvements to existing reporting formats or workflow trackers when appropriate.
  • Ability to work primarily on-site in Singapore while supporting cross-country APAC portfolios flexibility to adapt to changing priorities within a fast-moving environment.
  • Proven attention to detail demonstrated through quality control over numbers/labels/slide formatting ensures accuracy even under tight deadlines.
  • Ownership mindset characterised by responsiveness-driving assigned tasks through to completion independently while communicating status or risks early.
