Job description
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Project & Sales Management
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle (RFP, RFQ, NPI, and after-sales support).
Act as primary contact for international clients: understand requirements, propose solutions, and build long-term partnerships.
Ensure projects meet specifications, timelines, and quality standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with R&D, manufacturing, and supply chain teams for seamless project execution.
Lead meetings to address issues and ensure projects stay on track.
Project Planning & Reporting
Define project goals, schedules, budgets, and risks implement effective mitigation strategies.
Provide regular status updates and performance analysis to management and clients.
Market & Technology Insights
Monitor server industry trends and technologies to support client product planning.
Identify opportunities for business growth and service enhancement.
Inventory & Material Management
Assess risks of excess or obsolete inventory support cost optimization initiatives.
Negotiate clearance and cost-sharing solutions with clients.
Improve inventory management processes to minimize future risks.
Qualifications:
Strong business and financial acumen experience in cost, margin, and inventory management.
Skilled in contract negotiation and managing commercial terms with global clients.
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with process improvement experience.
Excellent English communication skills additional languages are a plus.
