The Opportunity:
Adecco is partnering with an established manufacturing organization to identify a Supply Chain Senior/Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain operations. This role will oversee planning, materials management, customer service, and warehouse functions, ensuring seamless execution to support production and business objectives.
The Job:
- Lead and manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including production planning, customer service, material planning, procurement, and warehouse management
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals and growth plans
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient, cost-effective execution across all supply chain functions
- Drive production continuity and on-time delivery through effective planning, material readiness, and coordination with internal stakeholders
- Manage inventory levels, optimize warehouse operations, and ensure accurate stock control and working capital efficiency
- Establish and monitor KPIs to track performance across planning, procurement, and logistics functions
- Identify potential supply chain risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity
- Lead and develop the supply chain team, including organizational structure, performance management, and capability building
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
- Provide regular reporting and insights to support management decision-making and long-term planning
The Talent:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of relevant supply chain experience, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Prior experience in a high-tech or advanced manufacturing environment within high-mix, low-volume operations is highly advantageous
- Strong understanding of production planning, MRP, material management, and inventory control
- Hands-on experience supporting assembly or production operations, including material readiness, shortages management, and build execution
- Ability to work closely with production, engineering, and operations teams to ensure smooth production flow
- Proficiency in ERP systems and familiarity with supply chain technologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across functions and priorities
- Demonstrated ability to drive initiatives, manage complexity, and deliver results in a dynamic environment
