Overview
This role combines procurement and contract administration responsibilities with strong management reporting and executive presentation support.
Responsibilities
- Support procurement and category teams managing construction-related sourcing activities within a CAPEX project environment.
- Develop high-quality PowerPoint presentations for leadership reporting, translating operational data into clear visuals, dashboards, and executive summaries.
- Coordinate sourcing processes including RFP issuance, vendor Q&A, submission tracking, evaluation consolidation, and award preparation.
- Assist with contract lifecycle administration, including documentation organization, version control, milestone tracking, and audit-ready filing structures.
- Maintain procurement trackers, dashboards, and logs in Excel, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
- Prepare recurring status updates and ad hoc materials highlighting procurement pipeline, risks, progress, and escalation items.
- Partner with stakeholders across APAC to gather inputs, validate data, and align messaging for report-outs.
- Support meetings through agenda preparation, pre-reads, action tracking, and documentation follow-up.
- Act as a coordination point to enable efficient execution across multiple regional projects managed remotely.
Requirements
- 35 years of relevant experience within the construction industry focusing on contract and procurement with a strong understanding of CAPEX.
- Exposure to procurement or supply chain operations, preferably within construction, infrastructure, or built environment projects.
- Advanced PowerPoint skills with the ability to produce polished, executive-ready presentations.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office applications for data tracking and reporting.
- Prior experience preparing leadership decks, business reviews, or executive briefings.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to consolidate inputs from multiple stakeholders.
