Key Responsibilities
- Drive efficiency and continuous improvement within global supply chain processes.
- Establish and manage strong customer relationships to support business growth.
- Oversee the operational and financial performance of assigned customer accounts.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project and supply chain objectives.
- Support new product introductions by working closely with R&D teams.
- Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Anticipate potential supply chain disruptions and implement recovery measures.
- Lead demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory management initiatives.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures across operations.
- Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) with customers and management.
- Provide clear updates and communication to stakeholders on project status, risks, and decisions.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of business operations, factory planning, and end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Experience in logistics, inventory control, and purchasing.
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI).
- Able to manage multiple projects and adapt to different time zones when required.
