Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Supply Chain Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of goods and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives
- Oversee procurement, inventory management, logistics, and distribution operations
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
- Manage supply chain risks and develop contingency plans
- Analyze demand forecasts and plan production schedules accordingly
- Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain operations
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards
- Lead and mentor the supply chain team to achieve performance targets
Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations management
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory systems, and logistics networks
- Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex supply chains
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems)
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of Singapore/SEA supply chain and logistics landscape is preferred
