Responsibilities & Duties:
- Accountable for ensuring the on-time delivery of multi-category innovation launches across the group.
- Build and maintain the innovation network, coordinating with Supply Chain partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Identify and escalate innovation-related risks, incorporating insights from key Supply Chain stakeholders.
- Act as the voice of the Supply Chain in the development and finalization of project plans.
- Lead project timelines in partnership with PDI managers, supported by collaboration across all Supply Chain functions.
- Oversee fast-tracked initiatives, including securing factory trial slots and allocating production capacity as needed.
- Serve as the Supply Chain representative in weekly drumbeat meetings, driving alignment and issue resolution.
- Manage resourcing needs in coordination with regional sourcing teams, considering constraints such as tax stamps, duties, and compliance requirements.
- Lead and coordinate the Category Innovation Savings Plan, ensuring alignment with financial targets and delivery through robust project execution.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience and at least 1 to 2 years in handling NPI and Project Managements
- Proven track record of launching multiple projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and digital skills
- Sound and round Supply Chain knowledge (process, metrics)
