About the Role
We are looking for a Procurement Executive to support planning, coordination, and procurement activities. This role focuses on ensuring smooth supply flow by aligning demand, production schedules, and delivery timelines.
Key Responsibilities
1. Planning &Scheduling
- Plan and coordinate production and delivery schedules to meet business andcustomer requirements
- Monitor demand and adjust schedules to ensure timely fulfilment
- Identify potential delays or bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
2. Order &Supply Coordination
- Manage and track purchase orders from placement to delivery
- Confirm order quantities, lead times, and delivery schedules with suppliers
- Ensure timely and accurate fulfilment of orders
3. Procurement Execution
- Support procurement activities including sourcing coordination and suppliercommunication
- Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality and deliverystandards
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and procedures
4. Communication& Issue Resolution
- Act as a key liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Resolve issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns
- Escalate critical issues and recommend practical solutions
5. Reporting &Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and planning adjustments
- Provide regular updates on supply and order status
- Identify opportunities to improve planning and procurement processes
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting,Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in planning, supply chain, procurement, or relatedroles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good coordination and communication abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
