Supply Chain Planner (Order Management)

Overview

Our client is a leading biotechnology equipment manufacturer, currently on the lookout for a Regional Order Management Planner to be part of their team in Singapore and Asia-Pacific.

At this position you will be servicing ANZ + South Korean markets in collaboration with internal stakeholders (manufacturing, logistics, planning, sales, etc.). You are expected to take a proactive mindset by communicating promptly with your stakeholders and identify potential delays/discrepancies and to implement mitigation plans so that their equipment, consumables, and spare parts reached their customers on-time, in-full.

• Full-time, permanent role (Office at West Coast SG)
• Listed US-MNC in Biotechnology sector
• Only available to candidates currently based in Singapore

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain/Business/Engineering/IT or relevant field (preferred)
• 2+ years of experience in Supply Planning/Order Management/Customer Service role within manufacturing sector (preferably in Biotechnology/Pharma/Med Devices)
• Intermediate to advanced MS-Excel skills (Lookups, Pivot Tables required) + Macros/VBA (good to have) and hands-on experience with SAP (ERP)
• Proactive mindset and ability to work under tight deadlines
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a teamwork/collaborative environment

Remuneration

• $4,000 to $4,8000 SGD + AWS + Variable Bonus
