Supply Chain Manager

Key Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to:

. Develop and implement the overall supply chain strategy

. Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure alignment

. Establish and monitor key supply chain KPIs

. Identify and recommend process improvements initiatives

. Identify process bottleneck and implement timely solutions

. Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and key stakeholders

. Oversee and manage logistics, warehousing, transportation, and customer service functions

. Partner with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best vendors and distributors

. Build and maintain good relationships with vendors

. Oversee and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, and customer services

. Monitor KPIs and report on supply chain's performance

. Aligning with other departments to implement new process improvements

. Lead the development and execution of the end-to-end supply chain strategy

Qualifications:

. Minimum 8-10 years of relevant supply chain experience, with at least 3 years in managerial role

. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

. Strong communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced environment

. Experience in a manufacturing environment will be an added advantage

Education:

. Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field

. Professional certifications such as CSCP, CPIM, CPSM, or PMP will be an added advantage
