Job Description

The Role

  • Our client is looking for an experienced professional to manage logistics and customer service operations, ensuring seamless supply chain processes and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing logistics strategies aligned with company objectives, overseeing end-to-end supply chain operations including warehouse management, order fulfillment, and distribution, and optimizing transportation routes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • The role also involves analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement and maintaining systems to track inventory and delivery performance.
  • On the customer service front, the candidate will lead a team of representatives, implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, monitor performance metrics, resolve escalated issues, and build strong relationships with key customers and partners.

Your Profile

  • The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field, with at least 7 years of experience in logistics and customer service management within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • They should have a proven track record of developing and implementing strategies that enhance operational efficiency, reduce costs, and boost customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret data and drive improvements.
  • Proficiency in SAP, particularly SD and MM modules, is essential.
