You will take full ownership of the end-to-end supply chain ecosystem, with a critical emphasis on high-precision production planning and supply optimisation.
- Lead the demand forecasting and production scheduling to ensure optimal balance between global supply and sales requirements.
- Manage the full fetch supply chain, including procurement, inbound/outbound logistics, and fulfilment activities.
- Source and evaluate suppliers while proactively managing risks related to single-source or long-lead materials.
- Oversee warehouse operations and analyse inventory turnover to align with business goals and reduce obsolescence.
- Implement supply chain performance KPIs and drive the enhancement of digital systems and tools to improve efficiency.
- Act as a core member of the management team, leading and developing a group of 9 direct and indirect reports
skills and experience required
- Min. 8 years of supply chain management experience within manufacturing environment, and a proven strength in production planning.
- Prior experience in Medical/Pharmaceutical sector is highly preferred.
