- Supply Chain Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies aligned with business goals.
- Develop new suppliers to support business growth
- Lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes
- Forecast demand and align supply plans accordingly
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Procurement & Vendor Management
- Oversee sourcing strategy and supplier selection
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Develop and maintain strategic supplier relationships
- Monitor supplier performance (OTIF, lead time, quality, cost)
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Support new product introduction (NPI) projects from a supply chain perspective
- Resolve supply disruptions and implement contingency plans
- Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with ISO, industry, and regulatory standards
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for supply chain disruptions
- Maintain documentation and audit readiness
Position Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or professional certification
- 6 - 10 years of experience in supply chain or operations within precision engineering or manufacturing industry
- Strong understanding of MRP/ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, Styeline)
- Proven experience in supplier negotiations and cost optimization
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
