We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain management, with a proven track record of optimizing processes and reducing costs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
• Manage and oversee the entire supply chain process, from procurement to delivery.
• Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to prevent stockouts and excess inventory.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to secure the best possible pricing and service.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in supply chain operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals to achieve departmental goals.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8-18 years of experience in supply chain management or logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in supply chain software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
