We're looking for a strategic and organized Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about logistics, process improvement, and operational efficiency in a remote-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage supply chain activities including procurement, inventory, and logistics.
- Monitor supply chain performance and KPIs to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with vendors, partners, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Support process optimization, cost reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Prepare reports, forecasts, and documentation for management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, or related roles.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with supply chain management tools and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
- Fluent in English; German proficiency is a plus.
- Based in Germany with the legal right to work full-time.
