Supply Chain Manager

Key Responsibilities:

. Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.

. Lead, mentor, and develop the supply chain team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.

. Implement and maintain supply chain KPIs and performance dashboards to support data-driven decision making.

Procurement Planning & Inventory Management

. Analyse inventory levels across multiple locations to anticipate demand and procurement needs.

. Develop and maintain purchase plans aligned with demand forecasts, production schedules, and inventory targets.

. Monitor inventory trends and recommend stock adjustments to prevent shortages or overstocking.

. Drive process improvement for operational efficiency and cost optimization.

. Prepare performance reports on purchase plan vs. actual performance, lead times for management review.

Supplier Management

. Maintain a strong relationship with suppliers, serving as the primary point of contact for issue resolution.

. Evaluate supplier performance using metrics and implement improvement programs to enhance reliability.

. Support negotiation of pricing, terms, and conditions with suppliers, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

. Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans to minimize disruptions.

. Lead supplier development initiatives and foster strategic partnerships for long-term benefits.

Job Requirements:

. Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Logistics or related field.

. Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in supply chain and inventory management.

. Hands-on experience in procurement and proven track record in supplier relationships management.

. Expertise in demand forecasting, inventory optimization and supply planning.

. Strong operational and strategic thinking skills drive long-term business growth.

. Excellent negotiation, analytical and problem-solving abilities.

. Possess strong leadership qualities and a collaborative team player.

. Experience in FMCG wholesale trade is highly preferred.

Working Hours: 8am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Work Location: 5 Jalan Tepong, Singapore 619325 (Transport will be provided, pick up at Lakeside MRT)
