Responsibilities:
- Manage full export operations: bookings, documentation, schedules, and customer coordination
- Handle mandatory regulatory documentation: Japan exports, Halal, SFA, Health Certificates, COA & customs
- Work closely with QA, Production, Warehouse, Procurement & Finance for timely shipments
- Control export-related costs (freight, demurrage, detention)
- Manage customer complaints and drive corrective actions
- Maintain export reporting, dashboards, and management updates
- Support cross-functional supply chain activities and process improvements
Requirements:
- 5-8 years experience in Supply Chain & Export in Food Manufacturing
- Mandatory: Japan export documentation experience
- Strong knowledge of Halal, SFA & Health Certificates
