Job Description

Evo Commerce owns a few CPG brands focusing on high quality supplements. We're currently operating in 3 markets and our team members are based out of Singapore. We have past experience working in big tech companies which includes Grab, Tiktok, Zalora, FoodPanda, Fave, Shopee, etc.

Our hero product, bback (previously known as Bounceback), is currently one of the fastest growing CPG brands in SEA and is loved by bankers, traders, influencers and bartenders with a high efficacy rate against hangover post drinking. Our aim is to become the Redbull of hangover recovery, making hangover remedies accessible to drinkers worldwide. Then came Stryv, our high quality, salon-grade hair tools and product line with an affordable price tag. We believe there's no need to break your bank to get the hair you want.

We're big advocates of direct-to-consumer brands, and believe in the new world (Post-COVID), consumers buy directly from global brands through digital native storefront, bypassing distributors, wholesalers and retailers. This means commerce and information are more efficient, and the implication to the end customer is that product quality goes up and cost of goods are reduced drastically. We want to be the catalyst for this paradigm shift within the health and beauty industry.

The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end supply chain process, including procurement, inventory management, logistics, and supplier relationships. This role ensures product availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Supply Chain Operations & Fulfilment

  • Oversee end-to-end order fulfilment operations across multiple warehouses, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery
  • Plan and optimize workflows from order processing through picking, packing, and last-mile coordination
  • Ensure operational readiness to support sales demand, promotions, and growth

2.Warehouse & Inventory Management

  • Manage daily warehouse operations including inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns
  • Implement and enforce inventory control processes to minimize losses, damages, and discrepancies
  • Lead regular stock audits, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to maintain high inventory accuracy

3.Systems & Process Optimization

  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of ERP/WMS systems (e.g., NetSuite) for inventory and warehouse operations
  • Ensure data integrity, process standardization, and system adoption across teams
  • Develop and maintain SOPs to improve efficiency, scalability, and operational consistency

4.Technical Supply Chain Support (Repairs & After-Sales)

  • Oversee supply chain support for technical operations, including repair parts flow, installations, and after-sales service logistics
  • Ensure availability and proper allocation of spare parts to support service turnaround times
  • Coordinate closely with technical teams to align inventory, scheduling, and service delivery

5.Repair & Installation Coordination

  • Support operations related to repair and installation workflows by ensuring parts availability, logistics coordination, and process efficiency
  • Track and improve KPIs such as turnaround time, service lead time, and first-time resolution (in collaboration with technical leads)

6.Cost Control & Risk Management

  • Monitor and control supply chain and logistics costs while maintaining service levels
  • Identify operational inefficiencies, risks, and loss areas, and implement mitigation strategies
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, SOPs, and relevant regulatory requirements

7.Vendor & Logistics Management

  • Manage relationships with logistics partners, suppliers, and service vendors
  • Negotiate service levels, pricing, and performance standards
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure reliability and cost-effectiveness

8.Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Lead and develop warehouse and supply chain teams to drive performance and accountability
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, and Technical teams to align supply chain capabilities with business needs
  • Provide regular reporting on inventory, fulfillment performance, and operational insights to management

9.Customer Experience Support

  • Support customer satisfaction by ensuring timely fulfillment, accurate deliveries, and efficient returns handling
  • Work closely with Customer Service to resolve fulfillment-related issues and improve service levels
  • Monitor fulfillment-related KPIs such as order accuracy, delivery timelines, and return rates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or warehouse operations
  • Proven experience managing multi-warehouse operations and fulfillment
  • Strong hands-on expertise in inventory control, accuracy, and loss prevention
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems (e.g., NetSuite) for warehouse and inventory management
  • Solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (procurement to delivery)
  • Familiarity with logistics coordination, vendor management, and last-mile operations
  • Experience supporting after-sales operations (repairs, servicing, spare parts) is a plus
  • Strong leadership with a hands-on, process-driven, and execution-focused mindset
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and capable of driving process improvements and cross-functional collaboration
