Responsibilities
- Procurement & Sourcing: Finding suppliers, negotiating contracts, managing purchasing, ensuring material availability.
- Production Planning: Aligning supply with manufacturing schedules to meet demand.
- Inventory Management: Controlling stock levels, preventing stockouts, managing warehouse operations.
- Logistics: Ensuring timely delivery.
- Team Leadership: Managing supply chain teams, fostering collaboration.
- Supplier Relations: Building strong relationships with vendors and distributors
Requirement
- Diploma in Engineering or relevant discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in purchasing functions, including at least 3 years of managerial experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
