Overview:

Job title: Supply Chain Management Executive
Company Profile: Japanese manufacturing MNC
Location: Senoko (North Region)
Working Hours: Mon - Fri (8:00 AM - 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Operations: Lead purchasing, warehousing, inventory management, and transportation functions to ensure timely customer delivery.
3PL & Vendor Oversight: Manage third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse operations, suppliers, and Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) contracts.
Supply Planning: Oversee Material Requirements Planning (MRP) fulfillment and stock replenishment processes.
Quality & Audits: Handle customer audits and operational complaints concerning purchasing and logistics.
Continuous Improvement: Initiate Kaizen programs to enhance productivity, cost-effectiveness, and process quality while coordinating facility/equipment maintenance.

Requirements:

Education: Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, or equivalent.
Experience: Min. 3 years in purchasing/logistics within a manufacturing setting 2+ years supervisory experience preferred.
Skills/Knowledge:
Knowledge of ISO/IATF standards (ISO 9000, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
Familiarity with ERP software (e.g., MCframe) & Kaizen implementation is a plus.
