Supply Chain Executive

Responsibilities

• Process inquiries, quotations, and sales orders accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring customer specifications are met. Prepare purchase orders upon receiving customer orders. Communicate with customers regarding order statuses, product availability, and inquiries. Maintain documentation related to sales such as invoices, quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and reports. Collaborate with internal departments and external partners, including logistics, production, and finance, to ensure effective order fulfillment. Generate and analyze sales reports to provide insights and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends. Identify and resolve issues in the sales process, including discrepancies and customer complaints. Prepare and manage export documents, including invoices and customs declarations. Understand and apply Incoterms to define responsibilities and risks in shipment. Ensure compliance with export regulations and trade laws for both original and destination countries. Coordinate international logistics through partnerships with freight forwarders and customs brokers for timely transportation. Facilitate customs clearance with accurate documentation to ensure smooth passage through checkpoints. Identify potential risks in shipments and develop mitigation strategies. Negotiate shipping rates and terms with logistics partners to optimize costs. Implement tools for real-time visibility into shipment status for proactive issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in supply chain logistics and order processing. Proven negotiation skills with internal stakeholders and service providers. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Experience with the SAP system. Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
