Job Description

Industry: Food & Beverage (Restaurant)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement of food ingredients, beverages, and restaurant supplies.
  • Source and liaise with local and overseas suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
  • Prepare purchase orders and track deliveries.
  • Ensure timely supply of ingredients to kitchen operations.
  • Maintain stock records and conduct regular inventory checks.
  • Coordinate import documentation for food products (if applicable).
  • Monitor supplier performance, quality, and pricing.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and storage requirements.
  • Prepare procurement and inventory reports.
  • Develop and improve procurement and inventory SOPs.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain, preferably in the food & beverage industry.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple suppliers.
