Job Description

Procurement Management

Handle procurement activities in SAP, including purchase orders, goods receipts and goods issues.
Maintain material and supplier master data in SAP.
Monitor supplier performance to ensure timely delivery and product quality.
Manage inventory levels and monitor warehousing costs.
Assist with stocktaking and ensure inventory accuracy.
Support supplier price negotiations and prepare annual price proposals.
Handle invoice processing and resolve discrepancies with suppliers.

Customer Service Management

Manage sales orders in SAP, including quotations, order confirmations, invoices and related sales documents.
Liaise with customers to ensure service satisfaction.
Obtain management approval in accordance with the approval matrix.
Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and cost-effectively.

Logistics Management

Maintain and update transportation cost records.
Coordinate shipment planning with the sales team and logistics providers.
Liaise with logistics providers to ensure timely inbound and outbound deliveries.
Coordinate import and export activities in line with business requirements.
