Provide strategic leadership and oversight of global supply chain operations, leveraging extensive experience in fleet management, port operations, and international logistics to support the company's battery-related supply chain activities.
Oversee end-to-end supply chain processes for lead-acid and lithium products, including production coordination, factory audits, quality assurance, and timely delivery across global markets.
Ensure full compliance with international customs and trade regulations, including Strategic Goods Control, FTA schemes, Export/Foreign Trade Controls, Dangerous Goods (DG) regulations, and specialized customs clearance procedures for battery-classified shipments.
Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories, working closely with the sales team to support market expansion and achieve growth targets.
Maintain strong relationship with key account customers, providing high-level support on order fulfilment, delivery coordination, and operational problem-solving to uphold exceptional customer satisfaction standards.
Drive operational efficiency and fast-delivery performance, ensuring supply chain responsiveness that supports the company's global sales objectives.
Represent the company in international engagements, including supplier visits, customer meetings, factory inspections, and trade-related discussions. Frequent global travel is required.
Education And Work Experience Requirements
Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Trade, Business, or related fields.
Minimum 12 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, port operations, or global distribution management, preferably within manufacturing or battery-related industries.
Proven leadership experience in senior operational roles, such as General Manager, or equivalent.
Strong knowledge of global logistics, customs procedures, DG handling , and international trade compliance.
Experience in battery-industry supply chains, including production coordination and factory audits.
Strong business sense with ability to support sales.
Excellent communication skills, fluent in English and Chinese for coordination with HQ and global partners.
Proficient in database and Microsoft office, SAP, and supply chain systems.
