Our client is a highly specialised global organisation, delivering premium components within the food and flavouring space. We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Director to lead end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing operations for their premier flavour production site in Singapore, driving strategic growth, operational efficiency, and product quality.
about the job
- Lead, mentor, and align high-performing Supply Chain teams across all functions (Procurement, Logistics, Planning), embedding a culture of safety, quality, continuous improvement, and flexibility.
- Develop and execute a long-term strategic master-plan for the Singapore production site, aligning operational capacity and master production schedules with global business objectives and anticipated growth.
- Ensure comprehensive compliance with all industry standards (cGMP, GDP), maintaining a state of audit-readiness and upholding the highest levels of food safety and product quality.
- Serve as a key Business Partner to Sales and Commercial functions to optimise material and information flow across the supply chain, ensuring superior customer experience and engaging directly with strategic clients as required.
- Act as a critical member of the APAC Management Team, contributing actively to the overall strategic direction, regional performance, and key decision-making across the Asia Pacific organisation.
skills and experience required
- Min. 6-10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, preferably within the flavour, pharmaceutical or high-compliance manufacturing industries.
- Regional leadership exposure would be an added advantage.
