Regional Supply Chain Director will lead Everlife's overall efforts to drive operational improvements in supply chain related functions leading to improved working capital, greater asset productivity and cost savings.
How You Will Do
Collaborate closely with local supply chain, order processing, sales, marketing and technical support as well as global suppliers to optimize inventory and product supply, and drive improvements in supply chain and warehouse functions
Provide framework, guidance and process according to best practice while using digital tools and controls to achieve functional goals. Monitor and ensure that SOPs and adhered to
Regularly track and analyse performance metrics and cost trends in area of responsibility, deriving actionable steps for continuous improvement and efficiency. Work with local teams and suppliers to resolve issues and drive improvements
Evaluate requirements to upgrade digital and organizational capabilities for the Supply Chain function in alignment business scale and broader objectives.
Train and mentor local supply chain functions to improve functional capabilities
Manage operational processes within the business unit and ensure compliance with quality standards.
What We Look For
Minimum 12 years in Supply Chain Function with experience in management position, ideally from a similar industry
Proven track record improving operations within area of responsibility
Personal knowledge and experienced in ERP usage including inventory modules and supply chain processes and tools
Strong commercial acumen with a structured and disciplined mindset
Highly analytical and data driven, detail oriented with strong problem solving skills
