SUPPLY CHAIN Coordinator / Executive (Shipping)- Jurong EAST

• Position: SUPPLY CHAIN Coordinator / Executive (Shipping)- Jurong EAST
• Location: Jurong East (18-minute walk to Jurong East MRT)
• Working hours: 5.25 days work week (Monday - Friday) - 9.00am to 5.30pm / ALTERNATE Saturday 9.00am -1.00pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4200
• Duration: 6 months Contract - Under Search Personnel
• Industry: Japanese company- Manufacturer of office machinery and equipment

Main Responsibilities:

• Order Receipt & processing using software.
• Shipping Documents including invoice, packing list, etc.
• Liaising with customer and supplier
• Co-ordination with forwarders/transporters/warehouse.
• Daily shipping reports
• Other documentations on ad hoc basis or as and when required

Requirements:

• Work in our warehouse/office in @Toh Guan Road East.
• Keen attention to detail and possess willing to learn attitude.
• Proficiency in English and business-level Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
