Responsibilities:
- Coordination/negotiation with internal & external parties(customers/supplier & freight forwarders etc)
- Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating/sending, SAP input, sailing schedule arrangement/ invoice & BL checking etc)
- Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & forecast management) may be required to travel on case by case
- Cost analysis (awareness of cargo cost and logistic cost)
- Incoterms knowledge. Have experience in trading company will be advantage
Work hrs: 5day work week 830am to 530pm
