Job Purpose

The Supply Chain Continuous Improvement Specialist is responsible for leading all projects related to supply and demand planning systems and data. This role ensures data integrity, actionable visibility, and reliable reporting, while driving the implementation, improvement, and adoption of planning tools. The role partners with Planning, IT, and other stakeholders to deliver projects on time, maintain high-quality dashboards, and continuously enhance systems and processes to enable better supply chain decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Integrity & Governance:

Own data integrity across supply & demand planning systems. Ensure that data is accurate, complete, and reliable.

Enforce data standards and governance across planning processes and tools.

  • Dashboard & Reporting:

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide clear, actionable visibility for planning and decision-making.

Ensure that data and dashboards are trusted and actively used by stakeholders, not just produced.

  • Process Improvement & System Optimization:

Proactively identify, evaluate, and propose new planning systems or tools that enhance visibility, accuracy, and efficiency.

Continuously monitor gaps and limitations in current planning systems, driving improvements or replacements where needed.

  • Collaboration & Implementation:

Partner with Planning and IT teams to implement, integrate, and stabilize new or enhanced systems.

Manage data flows across multiple systems, including SAP, Anaplan, MRP, Network Optimizer, and OF procurement and shipping systems.

  • Change Management & Continuous Improvement:

Drive process improvements and automation across supply chain planning processes.

Lead the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent, efficient processes.

Oversee and manage change processes to ensure successful system and process transitions.

Personal Specifications

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 13 years of experience leading or supporting supply chain projects in a cross-functional environment.
  • Experience working with global teams across different time zones.
  • Proficient in Power BI, Excel, SAP, Anaplan, MRP, Network Optimizer, and OF procurement and shipping systems for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on delivering results across teams.
