About the role - you will:
- Implement and enforce anti-corruption and anti-bribery policies across indirect procurement and supplier onboarding.
- Conduct due diligence on suppliers, assessing ownership, legal history, and ethical practices.
- Maintain and update supplier records, compliance documentation, and audit trails in systems (e.g., MDG).
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory frameworks (FCPA, UK Bribery Act, local laws).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (procurement, legal, finance, engineering, IT, sustainability, risk management).
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks related to compliance, sustainability, and governance.
- Align procurement processes with SOX requirements in partnership with internal audit and finance.
- Deliver compliance training and regulatory updates to procurement and business teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in procurement compliance and supplier governance.
- Support supply chain project management and digital transformation initiatives.

Note: This position is an individual contributor role and does not involve people management.

About you:
- In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract law, and audit procedures.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Effective analytical and project management capabilities.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks including anti-bribery laws and labor regulations.
- Experience with ISO standards, risk management, and sustainability practices is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Professional in Chartered institute of procurement & supply (CIPS) Supply Management (CPSM) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified compliance & ethics professional (CCEP), Certified fraud examiner (CFE) are highly desirable.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or related discipline.

Your experience includes:
- Minimum 5 years experience in procurement, supply chain compliance, or supplier governance.
- Hands-on working background regulatory frameworks, risk management, and audit procedures.
- Implementation of Compliance programs.
- Compliance tools and analytics platforms applications (an added advantage).
