As a Supply Chain Assistant Performance Manager, you will be responsible for...
Data Consolidation & Analytics:
- Collecting, validating, and harmonizing data from multiple country teams across the region
- Leveraging DGO/Zone dashboard to track and analyzing key supply chain performance such as forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory health, overdue, and supply chain cost.
- Ensuring high standards of data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness.
Performance Management:
- Leading monthly and quarterly performance reviews by consolidating KPI reports and deriving actionable insights.
- Preparing and delivering high-quality reports and executive summaries for regional and global senior management.
- Engaging with country teams to analyze root causes, obtain explanations, and driving improvement actions on top KPIs
- Identifying best practices and performance gaps, ensuring consistent regional follow-up.
Dashboarding & Visualization:
- Enhancing Power BI and Excel dashboards to present E2E supply chain performance.
- Using automation tools (Power Automate, AI-based Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.) to streamline reporting and enhance visualization impact.
- Creating PowerPoint decks for senior leadership which transforms complex data into simple, insightful, and story-driven visuals.
Business Partnering & Communication:
- Building strong relationships with country supply chain, finance, and planning teams.
- Partnering effectively across functions to ensure alignment and transparency on KPI definitions and results.
- Serving as a key interface between country operations and the regional leadership team.
Continuous Improvement & Digital Enablement:
- Proactively introducing new tools, automation, and AI-based approaches to enhance efficiency and accuracy in reporting.
- Simplifying and digitizing existing manual processes to support transformation and agility.
- Contributing to ongoing projects related to data governance, digital analytics, and supply chain performance excellence.
What you already have...
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Engineering, or Business; Master's preferred
- 610 years of experience in supply chain analytics or performance management, ideally in a multinational or regional environment
- Strong technical skills:
- Power BI (Advanced) understanding of data modeling dashboard development
- Excel (Advanced) analytics, automation, scenario modeling
- PowerPoint (Expert) executive-level storytelling and visual presentation
- Power Automate / AI tools for data enhancement and process automation
- High level understanding Familiarity with ERP and planning systems (e.g., SAP / EWM / APO)
- Understanding of E2E supply chain KPIs and their interdependencies
