Role DescriptionThe Supply Chain Analyst / Procurement Supervisor / Supply Chain Manager is responsible for managing and optimizing the organization's supply chain, procurement, and inventory processes. This role focuses on ensuring efficient sourcing, logistics, and operational performance to support business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Oversee procurement activities, vendor management, and contract negotiations
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment strategies
- Optimize logistics and distribution processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain operations with business goals
- Develop and implement supply chain policies, procedures, and best practices
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and insights for management decision-making
- Manage supplier relationships and evaluate supplier performance
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in supply chain analysis, procurement, or supply chain management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control
- Proficiency with supply chain software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, WMS) and Excel
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with process improvement and cost optimization initiatives
- Leadership experience for supervisory or managerial roles
