Job title: Supply Chain Analyst

Job duration: 12 months contract with a possibility to extend or to go perm!

We are looking for an analytical Senior Supply Chain Operations & Systems Specialist (4–6 years experience) to bridge the gap between our global business operations and engineering teams. You will maintain daily supply chain tooling health, lead process enhancements, and support global system rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Triage, troubleshoot, and resolve daily supply chain tooling bugs; escalate Tier 2 technical issues to engineering teams.
• Track operational dashboards, report on tooling health, and proactively flag risks or recurring issues.
• Partner with business teams to gather enhancement requirements, analyze operational friction via value stream mapping, and build simple solutions.
• Coordinate end-to-end User Acceptance Testing (UAT), manage debugging, and assist with global process and tooling deployments.
• Maintain tool configurations, setup guides, SOPs, and internal Wiki training materials.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in Supply Chain (Order Management, Warehouse Operations, or Transport Management).
• Proven experience supporting supply chain system rollouts and providing end-user technical support.
• Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Hands-on experience coordinating UAT and writing clear SOPs or training manuals.
