Job Description:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-driven Supply Chain Analyst to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and analyzing supply chain operations, ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services from suppliers to customers. You will collaborate with various departments, including procurement, logistics, and operations, to ensure cost efficiency, timely delivery, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, cost reduction, and service levels.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meet customer demand.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate supply chain performance.
• Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and logistics teams to ensure on-time delivery and resolve any operational issues.
• Assist in demand forecasting and support the planning team in determining inventory requirements.
• Develop and maintain reports to provide insights into supply chain performance and trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and recommend solutions.
• Help streamline procurement and logistics processes for improved workflow and reduced operational costs.
• Assist in risk management by identifying potential supply chain disruptions and working on mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or related fields (internships or entry-level experience are acceptable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis).
• Familiarity with supply chain management software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge of supply chain management principles and best practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
