The Supply Chain & Logistics Manager will be responsible for the overall management and optimization of the company's logistics, supply chain, and warehouse operations to ensure efficiency, cost control, and service reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and oversee end‑to‑end supply chain and logistics operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, and distribution activities.
- Lead and supervise warehouse operations, ensuring accurate inventory control, safe handling, and timely order fulfillment.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, transporters, suppliers, and third‑party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure efficient shipment scheduling and delivery.
- Develop and implement logistics strategies and process improvements to optimize costs, turnaround time, and operational efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand planning, and stock accuracy to support business requirements and minimize disruptions.
- Establish and track KPIs, operational reports, and performance metrics for logistics and warehouse functions.
- Manage procurement coordination and supply planning to align with operational and sales needs.
- Ensure compliance with Singapore regulatory requirements, safety standards, and internal company policies related to logistics and warehousing.
- Support business growth initiatives by scaling logistics operations and improving supply chain resilience.
- Work closely with management to provide operational insights, cost analysis, and strategic recommendations.
