Supply and Retail Associate Responsibilities:
- Inspecting incoming and outgoing shipments and verifying rates.
- Receiving incoming shipments and preparing outgoing shipments.
- Monitoring and managing inventory levels.
- Developing and communicating shipment schedules.
- Timely delivering orders and pick up from other shops.
- Assisting customers and resolving purchase and sales issues and complaints.
- Providing customers with detailed product information and recommendations.
- Assisting with stock management.
- Arranging merchandise on shelves and displays.
- Performing additional duties as needed.
Supply and Retail Associate Requirements:
- Bachelor degree with 3 years of experience in the retail industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics elements.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Wide knowledge in Indian products.
- Ability to sit, climb, and crouch, as well as lift and move products and materials.
- Must have Driving Class 3 licence.
