Supply and Demand Planner - Global MNC (Food Ingredients)

Description

Our client is an established multinational organisation seeking a Regional Supply and Demand Planner in charge of APAC to based in Singapore. This regional position will strengthen supply planning, demand consolidation and S&OP capabilities while supporting continuous improvement across its APAC operations.

Responsibilities

You will manage regional supply and demand planning across the region, working closely with local supply chain managers to understand their replenishment requirements, consolidating forecasts across APAC and analysing demand trends. You will be partnering closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance and Supply Chain teams across markets, and also counterparts in Europe and the US, to align demand with available supply. You will also lead demand reviews and S&OP discussions, support annual planning and scenario analysis, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes.

Requirements

Ideally, you have a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field with at least 5 to 7 years of relevant supply chain planning experience, with strong hands-on supply planning capabilities. SAP and advanced Excel skills are essential, including Power Query and the ability to design effective planning spreadsheets. To be successful in this role, you should be resourceful, proactive and collaborative, with strong problem-solving and stakeholder management capabilities. Experience working with regional and global teams across different time zones would be valuable.
