Job Description

  • Project oversight: Supervise all on-site activities to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
  • Workforce management: Manage, train, and coordinate daily tasks for construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Safety and compliance: Enforce safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment by inspecting sites and ensuring adherence to all regulations.
  • Quality control: Inspect work progress and finished jobs to ensure they meet established quality standards and project specifications.
  • Communication and liaison: Act as the main point of contact between construction crews, project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors.
  • Administration: Track paperwork, maintain daily records, and submit project status reports.
